Abt Associates has been awarded a number of contracting vehicles that enable U.S. government agencies to quickly engage our services through a simplified procurement process. Under Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs), and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), we conduct research, deliver technical assistance, and implement programs in the fields of health, social and environmental policy, and international development and manage consortia of specialized companies and organizations to rapidly meet the needs of current and future clients.
